Senior Quantity Surveyor – Education Sector\n\nLead. Influence. Deliver with purpose.\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple education projects, leading from the front while guiding and developing a small team beneath you.\n\nThis is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage cost — but understands the impact of delivering high-quality education environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead commercial delivery across 2–3 live education projects\n\n * Manage and mentor junior/commercial team members\n\n * Full cost management from pre-construction through to final account\n\n * Client-facing role, building strong and trusted relationships\n\n * Drive commercial performance, risk management, and reporting\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * Proven experience as a Senior QS within construction\n\n * Strong leadership capability and presence\n\n * Experience within education projects ()\n\n * Commercially astute, organised, and confident in decision-making
