Senior QS / Managing QS / Commercial Manager - Major UK Energy & Infrastructure Projects\nLocations: Manchester, Bury St Edmunds, Saxmundham\nSalary: £68,000-£95,000 + car/allowance + bonus + pension + package\nRelocation/Subsistence Provided\n\nWe are working with a leading UK contractor delivering major energy and civils infrastructure upgrades across multiple regions. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for several key commercial positions across the UK.\n\nAvailable Roles\nSenior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester (On-Site Role)\n\nWorking on a major infrastructure upgrade project\n\nBased on site with regional project work thereafter\n\nCompetitive package: £68k + car/allowance + bonus + pension + 26 days holiday\n\nFuture projects across the North: civils, infrastructure upgrades, energy schemes\n\nSenior QS / Managing QS / Commercial Manager - Bury St Edmunds & Saxmundham\n\nPart of the Great Grid Upgrade, these roles will support major energy infrastructure works including:\n\nSubstation construction\n\nRoad construction & civils packages\n\nEarthworks, drainage & reinforced steel structures\n\nLarge-scale power and infrastructure delivery\n\nPackage: Up to £95k + car/allowance + bonus + full benefits\nSubsistence/relocation support available\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnd-to-end commercial management on major civils & energy projects\n\nManaging subcontractors, procurement, forecasting and reporting\n\nNEC contract administration (NEC3 / NEC4)\n\nMaintaining cost control and commercial governance\n\nSupporting senior leadership teams with commercial strategy\n\nLeading or assisting with commercial teams depending on level\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience as a QS, SQS, MQS or Commercial Manager\n\nStrong background in civils, infrastructure, energy or utilities\n\nExcellent understanding of NEC contracts\n\nAbility to manage commercial activities independently\n\nStrong communication, analytical and client-facing skills\n\nWillingness to travel/relocate (subsidised)\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nLong-term major infrastructure and energy projects\n\nExcellent career progression routes\n\nStrong packages with bonuses, car, pension and relocation support\n\nJoin high-profile projects shaping the UK's energy future
