Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality results. You’ll manage costs, contracts, and subcontractor packages, ensuring projects stay profitable, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

• Take full commercial ownership of projects from tender to completion
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
• Control budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to maximise profit
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery teams
• Support senior management in driving commercial success

What You’ll Bring

• Solid QS experience in construction, fit-out, or refurbishment
• Confident managing £12m projects / £7m subcontract packages
• Sharp commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
