Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its thriving Southampton team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role



The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be a key member of a collaborative and forward-thinking cost consultancy team, delivering full pre and post-contract duties across a portfolio of exciting residential schemes. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery - from cost planning and contract administration to client management - while delivering a best-in-class service.



In addition to residential projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will also work across commercial, education, and arts & leisure schemes, ensuring a diverse and engaging workload. This is the perfect role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step up, take ownership of major projects, and mentor junior colleagues.



The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements



MRICS qualified (or currently working towards)

Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties is ideal

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm

Strong Pre & Post Contract experience

Comfortable commuting to SouthamptonWhat's on Offer?
