Linear Recruitment are working alongside new build housing developer who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Nottingham\nThis role is perfect for someone with Quantity Surveyor experience working on new build residential projects\n\nDay to Day:\n• Control all expenditure\n• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts\n• On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers\n• Ensuring value for money & financial assessments\n• Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting\n• Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice\n• Attend project & company related meetings\n• Ensure timely cash flow management\n• Maintain & develop professional relationships with clients & customers\n\nAbout You\n• Degree or other technical qualification\n• Quantity Surveying experience with a house builder\n• Strong commercial awareness\n• Proven track record delivering contracts on time and within budget\n• Coins experience\n• Negotiating, communication & presentation skills\n• Knowledge of Supply Chain management\n• RICS / CIOB qualification - \n\nPackage\n• Annual Performance Bonus\n• Private Medical\n• Car Allowance/ Company Car\n• Company Pension\n\nIf you want to know more and wish to apply, please contact Alex
