Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. In this role you will play a key part in the commercial management of a £120M infrastructure scheme, part of Enfield Council’s £6Bn regeneration programme. The project includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood mitigation, utilities, and landscaped parkland. This is a high-profile civil engineering role where you’ll ensure strong cost control, risk management, and contract compliance.



What you will need



Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects

Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts

Demonstrable skills in cost reporting, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Ability to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities effectively
