Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven record of longevity and leadership to join our client.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of pre-construction and PCSE set-up, leading schemes from inception through delivery. Working closely with our client and the Commercial Director, you’ll be the key commercial lead on high-value student accommodation and residential projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Longevity: 3+ years in recent roles demonstrating commitment and stability.
• Sector Experience: Student accommodation & residential projects, with strong pre-construction and PCSE expertise.
• Leadership: Has acted as lead QS on full projects, delivered schemes successfully, and reported at senior level.
• Proven Impact: Able to show where you’ve saved costs or added commercial value on past projects.
