Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor



Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (plus package, depending on experience)

My client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis, working on a Department for Education (DfE) school project in Cambridge. This role will see you take responsibility for all commercial and contractual elements of the scheme, ensuring effective cost management and successful delivery.



The organisation is a Tier 1 main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale, high-quality projects across the education, health care, and commercial sectors. With schemes typically ranging from £10m to £100m+, they are recognised for their professional approach and strong client relationships.
