Job Description

Due to an increase in workload within their Water sector, our client, a top Utiility Contractor in the UK have the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support works which include Water Treatment works, Pumping Station Upgrades and Mains Replacements.\n\nBased from their offices near Reading, daily duties will include Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES) - Submitting client AFP - Carry out project procurement - Populating Costs Forecast - Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account - Costs control and driving up value - Mitigating project risks - Maximising cash collection - Commercial Administration of the project.\n\nTo be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have Water experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.\n\nIn return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and minimum 3 month contract which is likely to be extended into 2026!\n\nThis is an urgent need so if interested, please send a copy of your CV to Dave Rowe by email or call me on (phone number removed)
