* HQ based in Hampshire with projects UK wide.



The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor



My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.



You will need to live in a commutable distance to office and will be visiting sites in London and home counties.



* Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting



* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.



* Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.



* Prepare and present financial reports



* Strong background in facade / external envelope
