Up to £80,000 DOE + 25 days' annual leave, pension & private healthcare

London (Central office + project sites in the City)

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30



The Opportunity



We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing team delivering high-value, technically complex projects in Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Security, and Smart Building Technologies.



You'll play a central role in driving commercial success on projects valued up to £20m, while working within a thriving 9-figure revenue business.



What You'll Be Doing



Commercial Leadership: Full financial oversight of projects up to £20m - including CVRs, forecasting, valuations, and change control.



Contract & Cost Control: Manage budgets, monitor milestone expenditure, and oversee monthly reporting. Lead commercial reviews and validate labour productivity with delivery teams.



Stakeholder Management: Act as the commercial link between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Provide strategic input and support decision-making in project meetings.

What We're Looking For



Essential:



3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor



Track record managing large, complex M&E / HVAC / MEP projects



Strong understanding of JCT contracts



Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to long-term development



Excellent communication & negotiation skills



Able to work full-time from a Central London office and on project sites



Desirable:



Knowledge of sustainable building & smart energy solutions



Understanding of BMS packages and ELVS



Previous experience in the BMS industry
