This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of high-impact projects shaping the future of energy and transport.\nIf you’re an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a new challenge with a supportive and forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you.\nSenior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration\n * £70,000 - £75,000\n * Company car or car allowance (EV and hybrid options available)\n * Fuel card\n * Discretionary bonus scheme\n * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n * Matched or contributory pension scheme\n * Private healthcare and healthcare cash plan (for you and your family)\n * Life assurance\n * Online GP service, 24/7 access\n * Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave\n * Reward and recognition schemes\n * Cycle to work scheme\n * Salary finance and give-as-you-earn options\n * “Recommend a Friend” scheme – earn rewards for referrals\n * Access to thousands of discounts via our employee perks platform\nSenior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities\n * Support planning and delivery of EV infrastructure projects, working closely with a team of designers, planners, schedulers, and site teams\n * Ensure commercial compliance across all stages of project delivery\n * Manage subcontractor relationships, payments, and performance\n * Drive efficiency and value through NEC contract management\n * Collaborate across internal departments (Operations, SHEQ, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered safely and to client requirements\n * Maintain regular client communication, managing escalations and supporting long-term relationships\n * Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in line with commercial procedures and SLAs\nSenior Quantity Surveyor Requirements\n * Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience\n * Civils / Utilities infrastructure background essential\n * Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts\n * Subcontract management experience\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)\n * Familiarity with financial and accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)\n * Excellent time management and decision-making skills\n * Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety best practices
