Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a Remediation Surveyor to join our team. This role will support our Senior/Managing Surveyor in the successful delivery of projects, taking responsibility for day-to-day commercial and operational decisions that keep everything moving forward.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with surveying experience who wants to step up, manage elements of live projects, and develop both commercially and professionally in a supportive environment.



What you’ll be doing

Working alongside and supporting the Senior/Managing Surveyor on assigned projects.

Managing and mentoring less experienced staff so they feel supported and guided.



*



Taking responsibility for routine project decisions that impact daily and monthly progress.



*



Overseeing commercial aspects of projects, including budget control, subcontract administration, and workflow approvals.



*



Collaborating with the wider Operations Team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.



What we’re looking for

Previous experience in surveying, ideally within remediation or construction.

Strong decision-making skills and confidence in taking ownership of tasks.
