About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role in the successful delivery of projects, from inception through to completion. The role will involve:



* Leading cost planning, estimates, and feasibility studies on residential and commercial projects



* Preparing and managing tender documentation, contracts, and procurement strategies



* Administering contracts and managing valuations, variations, and final accounts



* Leading client and stakeholder meetings, providing accurate cost advice and project updates



* Managing risk and value management processes



* Supporting and mentoring junior team members, while maintaining responsibility for your own projects



* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high standards of service



About the Requirements



* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline



* MRICS qualified (or very close to achieving Chartership)



* Proven experience delivering residential and commercial projects within a consultancy environment



* Excellent understanding of pre- and post-contract processes



* Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills



* A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously



About the Salary

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, up to £70,000. Additional benefits include:
