We are recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of one major project at a time (typical value: £10m), focused specifically on care homes and residential care facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment while being part of a close-knit team.



The Role:



Commercial lead on £10m+ care home/residential projects



Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, change management, and final accounts



Use COINS to manage financial tracking and reporting



Collaborate with project teams, clients, and senior management



Contribute to mentoring junior QS staff



Requirements:



Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior QS capacity



Proven background managing care/residential home projects



Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail



Proficient in COINS software



Must live within a commutable distance to Southampton
