Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – M&E Fit Out | £60k–£75k + Bonus + Car | East London



Join a Tier 1 contractor on a major £200m+ rail depot upgrade in East London. This is a high-impact, long-term role managing a £40m M&E subcontract package on a live project with 2+ years to run.



Package:



£60,000 – £75,000 salary (open to strong QSs stepping up or proven SQSs)

15% annual bonus

£6,000 car allowance or full EV company car scheme

The Role:



Lead commercial management of a £40m+ M&E package

Administer NEC contracts (Options A & C)

Manage change upstream and downstream (client + subcontractor)

Cost reporting, forecasting, CVRs, final accounts

Work closely with delivery team to meet commercial objectives

Report to Commercial Lead and contribute to wider team development

Ideal Candidate:



NEC contract experience – Options A & C essential

Background in M&E fit out – ideally rail, infrastructure, or industrial

Experience managing large subcontract packages

Proven record of adding commercial value – saved or made money on projects

Looking for stability and progression, not frequent moves

Chartership (MRICS/ICES) a plus, or working towards
