Senior Quantity Surveyor – Property Sector (Public & Private) – Newcastle

Construction Consultancy | MRICS | £30m+ Project Experience

We’re working with a leading independent construction consultancy that’s delivering some of the most high-profile property projects across Yorkshire and the North. They’re now looking to bring on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Leeds office and take a lead role on projects across both the public and private sector — typically £30m+ in value.

This is an opportunity for an experienced QS who’s ready to take ownership, lead clients, and guide projects through every stage – from cost planning to final account.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering full pre- and post-contract cost management services on major property projects
• Working with a wide range of clients, from public sector bodies to commercial developers
• Leading key accounts, mentoring junior staff, and acting as a trusted advisor
• Supporting bids and business development efforts as the team continues to grow

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS-qualified with solid consultancy experience
• Strong background in delivering property schemes over £30m in value
• Experience across both public and private sectors is ideal
• Confident communicator who can build lasting client relationships
• Based in or near Leeds, or open to relocating
