1st Shift Salaried Position - $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, skills, and abilities.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Process Manager to lead our Quality Management System and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This role ensures compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements while partnering with production and engineering teams to maintain and improve product quality.
What You’ll Do

• Lead and maintain ISO Quality Management System; act as ISO Management Representative.
• Ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, TSCA, etc.).
• Oversee internal/external audits and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop and implement APQP activities and quality assurance procedures.
• Set quality objectives, prepare performance reports, and lead corrective actions.
• Manage, coach, and develop Quality team members.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and purchasing to ensure quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (required).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory background.
• ISO expertise required; Six Sigma, FMEA, APQP, PPAP .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fastener industry experience a plus.
