Senior Quality Manager - Regulatory & Continuous Improvement

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Compliance & Quality to lead enterprise-wide initiatives related to quality assurance, regulatory oversight, and risk mitigation. This leadership role will be instrumental in ensuring organizational compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks while strengthening internal systems and cross-functional accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oversight of quality systems and enterprise risk programs aligned with ISO, FDA, FAA, and other regulatory standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and refine internal controls, risk mitigation protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee document control, CAPA programs, and internal/external audit readiness across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and regulatory affairs teams to align quality and risk objectives with business goals.
• Serve as the key liaison for third-party regulatory bodies and certification audits.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to quality assurance and compliance personnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quality, risk, or compliance leadership within regulated manufacturing (preferably aerospace or medical device).
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, AS9100, and risk management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional programs and implement scalable systems for compliance and quality oversight.
• Experience managing internal and external audits and interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., RAC, CQA, Six Sigma) a plus.
• Familiarity with global compliance requirements, data integrity, and cybersecurity standards for regulated industries.
