£55,000 – £57,000 + Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package

The Role:

As Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll act as the technical lead for all quality-related engineering matters on site. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving standards, resolving complex issues, and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys influencing change, working cross-functionally, and being the go-to expert for quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions
• Act as the technical authority for quality engineering across the site
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives linked to quality performance
• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded
• Maintain and improve quality systems, processes, and documentation
• Support audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with industry standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior or lead quality engineering role within manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g. 8D, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving improvements
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
