Senior Quality Engineer (Machining / CNC)\n£45,000 - £46,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits\nCoventry\n\nAre you a Quality Engineer from a Machining / CNC / Precision Engineering background looking for an autonomous and varied role overseeing the tight-knit quality team and processes within a market leading specialist Manufacturer known for long term staff retention, offering company shares options and a company-wide bonus scheme based on company performance?\n\nThis company are a well-established specialist manufacturer who provide essential products for a range of industries, primarily oil and gas. Having experienced steady growth since their establishment over 50 years ago- to the point they have 180 employees- they are now looking for a new Senior Quality Engineer to join their team.\n\nThis varied role you will be responsible for ensuring the companies in-house quality procedures and standards are followed, manage internal and external audits and develop/manage a programme of continuous improvement.\n\nThis role would suit a Senior Quality Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing / Machining background looking for an autonomous senior position within a unique company known for their long-term staff retention, company shares options and a generous bonus scheme.\n\nThe Role: Senior Quality Engineer -\n\n * Ensuring ISO 9001 is adhered to\n\n * Split between management and hands on quality work - office and workshop based\n\n * Managing and participate in internal and external audits\n\n * Developing and managing a programme of continuous improvement\n\n * Liaising with senior management and other departments\n\n * Check and approve certificates and reports.\n\nThe Person: Senior Quality Engineer -\n\n * Senior Quality Engineer\n\n * Machining / CNC / Precision Engineering background\n\n * Commutable to Coventry
