Job Description
TristoneNash are supporting one our housing partners to appoint a Senior Operations Manager to oversee response repairs, planned investment and disrepair contracts. As well as overseeing contractor performance.\nDuties will include, but are not limited to:\n * Developing and sustaining long term strategic relationships with key partners in delivering a customer focussed programme of planned investment, major repairs, responsive and void repairs to create a seamless service with shared values.\n * Leading on the appointment & management of sustainable partnerships ensuring contractors including specialist areas, are resilient and profitable whilst delivering good quality services.\n * Developing and embedding processes & procedures from the evaluation of data around Legal Disrepair and Damp & Mould cases.\n * Working closely with other senior members of the department within the organisation on both a Regional and level.\nTo apply for this position, we are looking for:\n * Educated to HND level or equivalent, professional qualification in construction, housing, or property.\n * Experience of working at a senior level delivering programmes of planned investment, major works and responsive repairs.\n * Proven experience of leading multi-disciplined teams across a wide geographical area.\n * Experience of managing large service budgets.\n * Knowledge of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law and health and safety legislation and best practice.\nTo apply for this position, please submit your cv, or contact the office and speak with a member of the team
