Are you a Senior Project Planner specializing in High Voltage (HV) substation projects? The Role
You'll manage complex HV substation and transmission project programmes end-to-end. This involves:
- Developing and managing Primavera P6 (mandatory) programmes (Levels 1-4).
- Identifying critical paths, resource constraints, and risk mitigation.
- Leading programme reporting for all stakeholders.
- Supporting tenders and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentoring junior planners.
What We Need
- 5+ years' experience as a planner in energy, utilities, or substation projects.
- Strong understanding of HV/MV construction methods.
- Mastery of Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and earned value principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team-influencing skills.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, etc., or strong trades background).
