As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead impactful AV, structured cabling, security, and intercom deployments while coordinating technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead AV, structured cabling, security, and intercom projects from kickoff through final acceptance and closeout.

\n

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, and delivery plans.

\n

• Coordinate customers, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project execution.

\n

• Manage project scope, change orders, risks, issues, quality standards, and customer expectations.

\n

• Conduct project meetings and provide clear, timely status updates to customers and leadership.

\n

• Review drawings, specifications, statements of work, contracts, and project requirements.

\n

• Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and turnover.

\n

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual, schedule, quality, and closeout requirements are met.

\n

\n

Must-Have Skills:

\n

\n
• Proven experience managing technology infrastructure, AV, low-voltage, structured cabling, security, construction, or systems integration projects.

\n

• Senior-level project management experience with strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and change management capabilities.

\n

• Working knowledge of AV, structured cabling, security, intercom, and low-voltage technology deployments.

\n

• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, risks, issues, and stakeholders simultaneously.

\n

• Strong customer communication, coordination, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

\n

• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts.

\n

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools.

\n

• Ability and willingness to travel to local and regional project sites as required.

\n

Nice-to-Have Skills:

\n

\n
• Experience managing projects in K–12 education and government environments.

\n

• Familiarity with Extron AV systems, Bogen intercom systems, or Verkada security systems.

\n

• Experience coordinating equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and technology infrastructure turnover.

\n

• Background in systems integration, commercial construction, or technology infrastructure deployment.

\n

• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multi-site projects.

\n

• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent formal project management training.
