We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SUE projects, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SUE projects from inception to completion
- Conduct internal and client meetings to ensure project alignment
- Oversee project budgets, profitability, and billing
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control of staff work
- Prepare and review project invoices
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SUE project management.
- Strong knowledge of SUE practices and procedures, proficiency in project management software.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Ability to conduct internal and client meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Experience in overseeing project budgets, profitability, and billing.
