We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SUE projects, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SUE projects from inception to completion
• Conduct internal and client meetings to ensure project alignment
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, and billing
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control of staff work
• Prepare and review project invoices
• Mentor and develop junior staff members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SUE project management.
• Strong knowledge of SUE practices and procedures, proficiency in project management software.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Ability to conduct internal and client meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Experience in overseeing project budgets, profitability, and billing.
