Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager (Software Focused) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of projects, including but not limited to Software, Hardware, and Manufacturing. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, regulatory experts, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; create contingency plans as needed.
- Provide timely updates, status reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring accountability on action items.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using MS Project.
- 3+ years of experience with software project management
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to infrequently lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $125,000 – $180,000 annually. Final base pay will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, business needs, geographic location, and internal equity.
