Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F

Job Description:
This role supports a custom Engineering Design company with their Engineering needs.

Key responsibilities include:

-Lead and manage power engineering projects from initiation through completion

-Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and delivery excellence

-Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across substations, transmission, and distribution projects

-Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and deliverables

-Support proposal development, project scoping, and business development efforts

-Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering and project teams

-Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations

What we are looking for:

-Degree in Electrical Engineering

-9+ years experience in a Power Engineering Environment

-Strong background in utility scale power systems (substations, SCATA, etc)

-Excellent client communication skills

-PE license highly
