Senior Project Manager – Office Fit-Out
Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days/week in Central London)
£72,000 – £77,000 per annum

A fast-growing, design-led workspace provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-quality office fit-out and refurbishment projects across its UK and European portfolios. The Role
Reporting directly to the Property Director, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects (typically £2m–£5m), while also overseeing smaller refurbishment works. You’ll be responsible for everything from feasibility and procurement strategy to final handover, ensuring design, functionality, and quality are never compromised.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle project management of office fit-outs and refurbishments
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and strategic plans
- Conduct feasibility assessments of new sites, including building fabric and M&E systems
- Lead contractor procurement and negotiate contracts
- Manage external consultants (PM, QS, EA, M&E) and on-site teams
- Ensure compliance with CDM, EHS, and other building regulations
- Monitor project performance, provide regular updates, and manage risk
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align outcomes with wider business goals
- Ensure all work reflects the brand’s design ethos and quality standards

What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience managing office fit-out/refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of Cat A & B fit-outs, including AV, IT, furniture, and security
- Strong budgeting and early-stage CapEx planning skills
- Experience with D&B construction contracts and procurement strategy
- Excellent stakeholder and consultant management
- Familiarity with technical drawings and M&E reports
- Working knowledge of CDM, EHS, and UK building regs
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Desirable:
- 7+ years in project management (office fit-out/construction)
- Construction/Project Management qualification or equivalent
- Experience with projects across the UK and EU
- Understanding of fire safety and compliance standards
