Senior Project Manager- Multi-Family Experience.

• Local to Columbus , but also willing to travel as needed.

• Minimum 5 years construction experience

• Self-starter

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.

• Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.

• Must be able to provide project list showing background in area.
