Job Description

DVF Recruitment are working on an exciting Business facing Senior Project Manager opportunity with a high-growth, market-leading specialist insurer going through a major change journey. They are a award winning underwriting who are leaders in both cyber and technology.

They are offering up to £100,000-£110,000 on the base plus bonus and benefits. This role will be London based / agile wfh model with 2-3 days a week in the office minimum.

They’ve recently launched a centralised Business Change function, bringing greater structure, consistency, and visibility to transformation across the enterprise. This role will sit at the heart of that journey – partnering with senior leadership to deliver complex cross-functional projects, shape best practice frameworks, and establish the foundations of a first-class change capability.
