Senior Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC & Plumbing\n\nA successful building services contractor in the Midlands is looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a range of HVAC and plumbing projects across the UK. The role covers heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and hot/cold water services, managing projects from planning through to handover.\n\nRole Overview\n\nManage mechanical projects from inception to completion\n\nCoordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials\n\nAttend client and progress meetings\n\nHandle procurement, RAMS, variations and cost control\n\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget\n\nSupport surveys, bids and contract negotiations\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong background in mechanical/HVAC project management\n\nGood knowledge of AC systems and relevant legislation\n\nConfident working independently and with clients\n\nAble to read and work from CAD drawings\n\nONC/HNC in Building Services ()\n\nCSCS and relevant H&S training\n\nPackage\n\n£55,000 - £60,000\n\nCompany car\n\nPrivate pension\n\nHealthcare after 12 months\n\n22 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays (rising to 28)\n\nWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
