What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Oversee and structure production workflows across game design, art, and product teams

- Drive full-cycle production of game features and assets from ideation to in-engine delivery

- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking using Agile methodologies

- Act as a liaison between creative, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment

- Provide regular project updates and budget tracking to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 5 years in project or product management roles within game development

- Proven experience managing art and design teams, including UI/UX and 2D/3D

- Familiarity with game production pipelines, including Unity 3D integration and version control

- Strong organizational skills to drive complex multi-region projects to completion

- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp

How to Stand Out ( Qualifications):

- Previous experience with poker, slots, or card game mechanics

- Background in AI/ML-assisted creative workflows (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT)

- Ability to contribute to creative ideation and gameplay UX reviews
