Job Description
Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hotel and hospitality-focused commercial projects throughout the DFW area and beyond.
This individual will oversee all phases of project execution — from preconstruction and budgeting to closeout — ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has managed ground-up hotels, branded renovations (Hilton, Marriott, etc.), or large-scale hospitality/multifamily builds and is ready to take ownership of complex, client-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects ($5M–$50M+) across North Texas.
- Lead project teams through budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, and field coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Partner with estimating and preconstruction on project setup, cost analysis, and value engineering.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company procedures.
- Oversee project financials: pay apps, change orders, and cost-to-complete reports.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant PMs to strengthen the operational team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ().
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a focus on hospitality or hotel projects.
- Strong working knowledge of scheduling, cost management, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and standard construction software.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to job sites in the region.
