Senior Project Manager Housing \n\nAnnual Salary: £100,044 to £125,055 + £5,000 car allowance\nLocation: Camden, Greater London House\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nHours: 36 hours per weekJoin one of the Leading social housing developers in London, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in construction project management, ideally within a contractor, developer, house builder, or consultancy environment.\n\nDay-to-day of the role:\n\nOversee Project Management, Design Management, and Cost Planning, along with all pre-construction services necessary to enable the delivery of a range of residential-led projects.\nLead a team of colleagues based out of our London office, working closely with other teams across the business from the inception of a project through to the handover and aftercare of new homes.\nManage a variety of projects including mixed-use, high-rise city centre regeneration, and joint venture housing schemes.\nEnsure strong project and programme management discipline is applied to deliver in line with the vision, brief, and business plan.\nLead, motivate, develop, and manage your team and foster a spirit of collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:\n\nStrong project management skills and a technical understanding of different construction technologies, including high-rise buildings.\nExtensive experience in planning, programming, and procuring developments to budget.\nProven track record managing multi-disciplinary design teams.\nChartered Member of RICS, CIOB, or other relevant professional body, or equivalent experience.\nExperience with a contractor, developer, house builder, or consultant leading general project pre-construction activities across a variety of procurement types with scheme values averaging £50m, up to £200m.\nStrong communication skills and self-driven with significant experience in commercial procurement.Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary package with car allowance.\nOpportunity to work on a range of exciting projects addressing the housing crisis.\nHybrid working model with flexibility.\nComprehensive benefits package that supports your lifestyle and well-being.This role is a hybrid position with a base location at one of the offices in London.
