By serving as a strategic liaison between Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, this role drives cross-functional collaboration, streamlines project prioritization, and ensures transparency across teams. Strong project leadership in this role accelerates development cycles, reduces friction, and helps Conquer deliver on its promise of enabling go-to-market teams to perform at their best.
What You'll Do
A key responsibility of the Senior Project Manager will be to serve as the primary liaison between the software engineering team and the Product team. This involves adeptly managing project priorities, helping the engineers to translate product requirements into actionable engineering tasks, and effectively negotiating scope and timelines to ensure a healthy balance between velocity and feasibility. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures product vision is translated into successful software features.Furthermore, the Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in interfacing with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless communication and accurate customer expectation management. This includes providing regular updates on project status, anticipating potential challenges, and working collaboratively to address customer feedback and concerns. skills include:

- A track record of experience interfacing directly with customers to assess needs
