£75,000 - £85,000 + Company Vehicle or allowance £5,500 + Private healthcare + upto 20% Bonus + Life Assurance + 25 days annual leave & 8 days bank holidays & Excellent Company Benefits scheme



* Working for one of the UK’s largest design & build fit-out businesses.



* We are looking to speak with experienced project managers who have proven expertise in delivering RIBA Stages 1–2 for high-end commercial projects.



* Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value commercial fit-out projects.



* You will lead projects valued between £3m-£4m and as part of your role you will take full ownership of both internal and external stakeholder relationships.



* During this post, you will be expected to develop your portfolio by identifying new work opportunities with both new and existing clients.



* Lead a team of Project Managers and Supervisors.



* Take ownership of a nationwide client base, delivering projects across the UK.



* This is a genuine progression opportunity for the right candidate, with clear progression routes into senior leadership positions such as Head of Projects and Project Director.



* Applicants MUST have a strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L and pipeline.



* Applicants MUST also be experienced working on Design & Build fit out projects within a construction or building services environment.
