About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the design and construction of data centers, critical infrastructure, or large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of project management experience, including 1–2 years specifically in data centers or large-scale mechanical/electrical plants.
This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of MEP engineering principles, and the ability to manage complex technical projects from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of design and construction projects, with a focus on data centers or similar critical infrastructure.

Interpret and work from technical documents including MEP construction specifications, system-level architectural drawings, and equipment requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop conceptual designs and maintain accurate project documentation.

Interface directly with clients to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource needs, schedules, milestones, and quality control processes.

Oversee budget management, including tracking expenditures and preparing change orders as needed.

Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Use data to inform decision-making and clearly communicate project status and outcomes through written reports and verbal presentations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience (minimum 5 years).

10+ years of project management experience, including at least 1–2 years in data center or large-scale MEP environments.

Strong knowledge of construction and MEP systems, including switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, and circuit breakers.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical construction documents across all MEP disciplines.

Proficient in project budgeting, change management, and scheduling tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills:

PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

Experience working in fast-paced or global project environments.
