One of the top MEP contractors in the US is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Chicago.


You will be working on a range of project sectors, such as commercial, healthcare, residential, education, labs, and more! What you'll be doing:


  • Strong technical skills as well as the ability to interface with clients
  • Consult with client to determine project scope, requirements, budget and timeline
  • Generate work plans, proposals and project schedules in response to client’s request
  • Develop and execute contracts
  • Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
  • Foster a collaborative work environment
  • Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
  • Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
  • Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities


What we're looking for:


  • Degree (BA) in Construction or equivalent
  • Revit and Bluebeam proficiency
  • 8+ years Project Management experience
  • PMP certification ()

Predicted Salary:


$110,000 - $150,000 (dependent upon experience)
