How you'll get to contribute:

We are seeking a seasonedSenior Project Managerwith a strong background incapital project planning, scheduling, and pharmaceutical industry operations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.


What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects within pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using tools such asPrimavera P6orMicrosoft Project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, procurement, and quality assurance.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance withFDA,GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic capital plans.


Who you are:

  • 10+ yearsof project management experience, with a focus on capital planning and scheduling.
  • Experience in thepharmaceutical or life sciences industryis strongly .
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Masters degree .
