Job Description

Relocation Opportunity to KSA**\nWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Projects Manager to lead luxury fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will focus on large-scale hospitality, hotel, and high-end residential projects exceeding $30 million in value.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Lead all phases of complex luxury fit-out projects, from pre-contract planning through execution and handover.\n * Develop and manage project strategies, budgets, and schedules.\n * Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment at all stages.\n * Oversee site operations, manage resources, and ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.\n * Implement risk management, procurement, and cost-control measures.\n * Lead and mentor project teams, driving high performance and accountability.\nOur Ideal Candidate:\n * 10–15 years’ experience in an interior fit-out contracting environment.\n * Proven track record delivering 5–8 high-end 5-star hotel or luxury residential projects.\n * Strong technical, execution, and commercial skills across multiple trades.\n * Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills within multicultural environments.\n * Relevant technical degree .\n * In-depth knowledge of current fit-out market trends and innovations.\nIf you are a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering world-class projects, make contact in confidence
