Senior Project Manager – Berlin, Germany

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an Independent Construction and Property Consultancy.

Location: Berlin, Germany

Salary: €70,000 – €85,000

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an Independent Construction and Property Consultancy who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Berlin, focusing on a range of construction and fit-out projects within the building industry including data centres, logistics, offices, commercial, public buildings etc.

Day-to-day duties could include:

• Manage projects across all phases, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to align project objectives.
• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure adherence.
• Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks through effective planning and proactive management.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, aligning projects with environmental and social governance goals.

Requirements for the role:

• Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5-6 years previous professional experience in Project Monitoring within the German Construction Consultancy Industry
• German and English fluent – written and spoken (C1 minimum)
