Senior Project Manager – Architecture - Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a global design firm ranked among the top in the industry. The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech facilities. This firm provides global resources with a local feel and autonomy.

If you’re an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives on complex, large-scale work, this is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects with a team known for innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary client partner across multiple concurrent projects, building trusted relationships through results and reliability
• Lead teams through every phase—from concept and design through construction and post-occupancy
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-disciplinary teams to achieve design excellence and technical precision
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance standards to ensure quality and profitability
• Drive best practices in sustainability, documentation, and process improvement

What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years of architectural experience leading large, complex projects
• Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing registration)
• Advanced knowledge of construction, building systems, and QA/QC processes
• Strong communicator and mentor who leads with collaboration and accountability
• Experience in data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical project types
