We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and customer-oriented professional to join our Biotech Client, as a Senior Project Manager. This versatile role blends inside sales support, congress coordination, CRM management, and project oversight, alongside providing executive assistance and office management for the General Manager of Germany.
Key Responsibilities

- Executive & Office Management
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the General Manager of Germany, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparation of presentations and briefing documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the German office. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by coordinating with facilities, IT, and managing supplies and compliance matters.

- Proven expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and project coordination across multiple departments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Proficient with MS Office and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility to travel within Europe as required.
