Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionJob Description commercial general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager. The ideal applicant will have significant experience in retail, restaurant, and ground up construction. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the complete oversight and management of construction projects throughout the United States.
Responsibilities will include effectively reading and comprehending project plans and specifications; writing sub trade scopes of work; negotiating and awarding subcontracts; managing and supervising the site superintendent and all sub trades; interfacing with owners, architects, and other project stakeholders; and controlling project job cost and profitability. Some amount of travel should be expected.
