About the Division
This opportunity sits within the firm’s dedicated major fit-out division, which focuses exclusively on complex Cat A and Cat B commercial projects, typically valued from £20 million to £50 million+.
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and strategic expansion, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager.
Senior Project Manager – Key Responsibilities (Fit Out)
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale Cat B fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Lead project planning, including developing programmes, resource allocation, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships while managing expectations and resolving issues proactively.
- Oversee commercial performance, including contract management, cost reporting, value engineering, and change control.
- Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders, producing clear reporting and ensuring accountability across teams.
