Senior Project Manager (MEP) – Berkshire\n\nWe are currently working with a well-established MEP contractor operating throughout the UK in a range of sectors including, education, healthcare, technology and commercial. There is an urgent need for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple sites spanning from Reading to Bristol.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * End-to-End Project Delivery Across Multiple Sites:\n\nLead the delivery of multiple MEP projects across sectors, ensuring programmes, quality standards, and budgets are consistently achieved from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.\n\n * Client-Facing Leadership & Relationship Management:\n\nRepresent the company in a professional, proactive manner across all sites. Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders — building trust, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.\n\n * Team & Supply Chain Coordination:\n\nDirect and support project managers, engineers, and subcontractors across various locations.

Ensure clear communication, resource alignment, and consistent delivery standards across all live projects.\n\n * Programme, Commercial & Risk Oversight:\n\nWork closely with the Regional Director and commercial team to manage project budgets, identify and mitigate risk, and track progress against critical milestones — maintaining financial control and project health.\n\n * Strategic Reporting & Regional Support:\n\nProvide structured updates to the Regional Director including project status, client feedback, commercial insight, and resource forecasts. Support strategic decisions and regional development initiatives.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a stable track record with a Main or Subcontractor background\n\n * Must have excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)\n\n * Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades’ background\n\n * Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar position\n\nBenefits\n\n£90,000 - £95,000 + Car + Package
