About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in commercial or government construction projects (not from the construction management or consulting side) and a proven track record of success managing complex builds from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage cost control, change orders, and reporting to executive leadership.

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related construction field (required).

• A minimum of 3 years of continuous, recent experience with a single company in a project management or executive-level construction role.

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or government construction projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management tools, scheduling software, and construction documentation.

Attributes:

• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of local construction codes and permitting processes.

• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
