Senior Project Manager / Associate – Healthcare & Education Projects
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Package
A respected multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate-level professional to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in healthcare and higher education projects to take a lead role in delivering high-profile schemes across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects across RIBA Stages 2–7, working closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. The role involves operating in live environments, requiring excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering healthcare and university projects from inception to completion
- Overseeing project teams, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Leading stakeholder engagement and client communication
- Contract administration, including familiarity with JCT contracts
- Navigating complex, operational environments with confidence and professionalism
Key requirements:
- Proven experience delivering healthcare sector projects, ideally including private PFI schemes
- Familiarity with higher education sector developments
- In-depth understanding of RIBA Stages 2–7
- Strong experience with JCT contracts
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects within live, occupied environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
