ENCORP is seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in La Mirada, CA.  As a senior member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing asbestos, lead, mold, IAQ, and Hazmat projects located mainly in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

·        
Project Leadership: Lead and manage industrial hygiene projects from conception to completion. Coordinate and supervise project teams, ensuring the successful and timely execution of deliverables.

·         Certifications: Hold California Asbestos Consultant (CAC), and CDPH Lead Project Monitor or Inspector Assessor

·         Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in site inspections, monitoring, and report preparation, with a proven track record of successful project management.

·         Contaminant Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in dealing with a wide variety of contaminants, including but not limited to mold, asbestos, lead, and other hazardous substances.

·         Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with relevant regulations and ensure that projects adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

·         Client Management: Work closely with Senior Management to provide total management of assigned projects, including client meetings, bid walks, and providing project specific cost proposals, and closeout reports.,

·         Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

Qualifications:

·        
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or 3 year’s experience as a CAC.

·         CAC, and CDPH certification is highly desired.
