£40million Retained façade high-end Commercial project 5 stories with 7 residential units (pent houses)

Location – Central London zone 1

95 weeks on site

Project starts in January 2024

Duties:

In charge of all production, design and commercial aspects

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Responsibilities:

Set project timeline

Monitor project deliverables

Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
